Who we are

MW Stats is a browser extension by Fomio (makerworld.com/@fomio). It is an independent project and is not affiliated with Bambu Lab or MakerWorld.

What data the extension processes

• MakerWorld page data: while you browse makerworld.com, the extension reads the data the page already loads – for example model titles, tags, download, like and print counts, search results, feed contents and Creator Center figures.
• Your MakerWorld account identifier: the user ID and handle of the logged-in account, used only to recognise your own models.
• Your settings: language, sync interval and display options.

The extension does not read passwords, login tokens, payment data, messages or browsing activity outside makerworld.com.

Where the data is stored

All data is stored locally in your browser (Chrome extension storage and IndexedDB). There is no server. Nothing is sent to Fomio or to any third party.

Optional automation

If you turn the automation on, the extension opens pages of makerworld.com in a single background tab (for example your own uploads, the Creator Center or the home feeds), reads the data shown there and closes the tab again. It is switched off by default, you choose the steps and the schedule, and it never opens any other website.

Network requests

The extension only makes requests to makerworld.com, the site you are using: to load your own published models and to load missing tags of models shown to you (rate limited). These requests use your existing MakerWorld session, like the website itself does.

No tracking, no selling

MW Stats contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Data is never sold, shared or used for any purpose other than showing you statistics.

Your control

In the extension settings you can export all data as JSON, delete market data or delete everything. Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data.

MW Stats ist eine Browser-Erweiterung von Fomio und ein unabhängiges Projekt ohne Verbindung zu Bambu Lab oder MakerWorld.

Verarbeitete Daten: Daten, die makerworld.com beim Surfen ohnehin lädt (z. B. Modelltitel, Tags, Downloads, Likes, Prints, Suchergebnisse, Feeds, Kennzahlen im Creator Center), die Nutzer-ID und der Handle des eingeloggten Accounts (nur um eigene Modelle zu erkennen) sowie deine Einstellungen. Passwörter, Login-Tokens, Zahlungsdaten, Nachrichten oder Aktivitäten außerhalb von makerworld.com werden nicht gelesen.

Speicherung: ausschließlich lokal in deinem Browser. Es gibt keinen Server; nichts wird an Fomio oder Dritte übertragen.

Optionale Automatisierung: Wenn du die Automatisierung einschaltest, öffnet die Erweiterung Seiten von makerworld.com in einem einzelnen Hintergrund-Tab (z. B. deine Uploads, das Creator Center oder die Startseiten-Feeds), liest die dort angezeigten Daten und schließt den Tab wieder. Sie ist standardmäßig aus, du legst Schritte und Zeitplan selbst fest, und es werden keine anderen Websites geöffnet.

Netzwerkanfragen: nur an makerworld.com, um deine eigenen Modelle und fehlende Tags angezeigter Modelle zu laden (gedrosselt), mit deiner bestehenden MakerWorld-Sitzung.

Kein Tracking, kein Verkauf: keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste. Daten werden nie verkauft oder weitergegeben.

Kontrolle: In den Einstellungen kannst du alle Daten als JSON exportieren oder löschen. Beim Deinstallieren werden alle Daten entfernt.
